At this stage we are unable to announce the location, we hope to be able to announce this in the comming few months. For now tho we can let you know that it is in the hull/humberside area.

Our water sport adventures will operate seasonaly operating thrrough the months of april to october. Our planning application will be for operations between march and october to alow us for time to train staff.

Throughtout formula outdoor our main aim is to ensure customer and staff saftey as such every effort will be taken to mittigate any risks. As well as this all members of staff will be trained to industry standard qualifications in aqua park operations as well as open water lifeguarding. As well as this all of our activitys are fully risk assessed which is avalible upon request.

The current plan is to have an aqua park that will accomidate up to 50 people per session. With this we expect a footfall of around 65 per hour.
Banana cabana expects around a footfall of 20 per session (1.5h).
Each of our considered locations have the infistructure to suport this already with minimal to no disturbence occured.

While final numbers of jobs are subject to a range of factors we expect to employ around 2 full time employees as well as around 20 seasonal employees. With this there will be a range of positions avalible including receptionists, water sport instructors as well as site managment.
We want to be a force for good in the comunity so we will aim to hire localy where possible, with this we will provide full training to all roles, as well as promoting first time employment alowing people to enter into the outdoor lessure inductry.
We will aim to hire in around january / febuary with staff training starting in march.

All of our activitys are low impact on the enviroment, when creating our centers we aim to have as small effect on local wildlife as possible, wether this be recreating safe spaces such as nature reserves on our waters, using sustanable matirials where possible, as well as our move towards becoming carbon low.

We are presently in the process of refining critical elements within our strategic blueprint. Once these details have been thoroughly addressed and finalized, our intention is to make a comprehensive plan accessible to the public in the forthcoming months. Following this, we anticipate submitting our planning application to the council in the subsequent months.

In accordance with planning application regulations, we will be conducting a series of public forums to provide an avenue for addressing crucial queries. We sincerely hope that the community will extend their support to our endeavors throughout this process, enabling us to reciprocate that support in the future.
As well as this we will also consult local business, for there views and opinions.

At this current stage, our land-side facilities are undergoing meticulous design and deliberation. Presently, our focus is on a modular approach which entails the absence of permanent structures. Specifically, we are exploring options for a reception area, changing facilities, equipment storage, and dedicated staff zones.

While The Monkey Group represents Formula Outdoor first venture. We bring with us a wealth of experience within the broader outdoor leisure industry. Our prior involvement in managing aqua parks has afforded us firsthand insights into the critical facets necessary for achieving both success and safety in operation.
